Training Facilitator – Hyannis
Full Time: The Training Facilitator role is instrumental in supporting our family culture of continuous learning & employee development. Under the guidance of the Training Supervisor, they are responsible for facilitating in-person & live-remote training to create pathways for employee success, including guiding colleagues to achieve instructional & performance objectives & goals, facilitating & debriefing learning activities, & monitoring the in-class progress of learners. $23.28 – $29.68 per hour (DOE)
Finance Associate – West Barnstable
Full Time: Processes daily/monthly cash receipts and prepares bank deposit. Reviews posted receipts for accuracy and ensures corrections, if applicable. Processes returned checks and bank drafts as needed. Accurately processes all childcare and camp registrations in software and maintains billing files. Verifies registration files and communicates with parents to collect documentation as needed. Updates changes to billing files as needed. $21 – $24 per hour (DOE)
Executive Assistant – South Yarmouth
Full Time: Position is responsible for professional & administrative work supporting our Efficiency Programs, Electricity Supply Program, & general office operations; all other related work, as required. Multi-functioned position, ideal for a candidate interested in learning the ins & outs of a municipal energy organization, & who thrives on variety, task-oriented work & new challenges, while interacting with people both inside & outside the organization to support daily operations. $83,797.90 – $109,395 per year (DOE)
Development & Communications Director – Harwich
Full Time: The Development & Communications Director works closely with the Executive Director, fundraising consultants, & in-house counsel on Development, Donor Stewardship, Marketing & Communications, Social Media, Business Sponsorships, Events, & Database Management. This full-time position reports to the Executive Director. Principal Duties & Responsibilities Development Working closely with Executive Director & fundraising consultants. $70,000 – $74,000 per year (DOE)
Dental Assistant Training – Hyannis
Full Time: Are you looking for a great opportunity for on-the-job training in the healthcare field? Train with us to become a licensed Dental Assistant! This is a paid position & we will cover the initial training costs & licensure fee. The Dental Assistant Trainee (DAT) agrees to be trained as a Dental Assistant through an on-the-job training program at our Community Health Center in Hyannis. For a one-time period of up to three consecutive months to commence from the beginning of the initial period of on-the-job training the Dental Assistant Trainee will work with dental leadership to give official notice to the Board of Registration in Dentistry (BORID) of intent to train. $18 per hour while training.
