The purpose of the one-stop career centers is to connect workers with employers.
The purpose of the MassHIre Cape and Islands Career Center is to connect workers with employers. Job seekers can access job and career search services by becoming members of the career center. To become a member you can either register online by completing the form below or you can visit the career center at 372 North Street, Hyannis and register in person
There is no cost to join and once you become a member you will be given a card with an I.D. number. This not only gives you access to services provided at all MassHire Career Center’s but to every career center in the State. Most of the basic Career and Job Search services are available to members at no charge.
While you are at the career center, you will want to take advantage of the New Member Group Orientation workshop that will provide you with an overview of our services. During this program, you will complete the membership application, receive a tour of the Resource Room and learn how you can most benefit from these services.
MassHire will bring hiring resources to your place of business and present a customized version to your management, hiring, recruitment staff! In addition to the presentation, our professional staff will address any hiring/recruitment issues you are experiencing. You will be asked to submit these issues to the program facilitators prior to the presentation date, so they can be addressed during the session. All requests for anonymity will be respected. No business is too small or too large to take advantage of this new service.
A MassHire Cape and Islands Career Center membership is the only requirement. If you are not a member, please fill out our Online Membership Form or call our office at 508-771-5627. There is no charge for this service.
