Participants are responsible for:

  • Table display that encourages jobseekers to apply for work with your business…
  • Interactive displays or activities are strongly encouraged – There will be awards for Best Table Presentation and Friendliest Staff
  • Applications jobseekers can fill out or QR code to apply for work digitally
  • Any additional self-promotion leading up to the event.
  • Staff must be at your table throughout the entire event
  • Instructions for load in / load out will be sent upon receipt of payment
  • $100 Participation fee due on or before March 24, 2025.
  • Follow Up / Feedback after event, including list of positions filled and names of hires.

MassHire Cape And Islands will supply:

  • 1x 8 or 6 foot table with table cloth and 2 chairs
  • Electricity if possible (make sure we know you need electricity)
  • Advertising and PR support for event
  • Social Media posts promoting event
  • Prizes For Best Business Displays and Friendliest Staff to be judged by Job Seekers and MassHire Staff
  • Business job openings posted to JobQuest Job Board
  • Business job openings featured in email marketing to Job Seeker database
